About the Fruit: An interspecific fruit born in Modesto, CA in the late 80's. Apricot & plum, sweet & tart, they might just be the best of both worlds. 2024 marks the first year we have produced this jam and it's not the last. For those folks looking for Less Sweet, this is it, the perfect balance of sweet and tart and it's the favorite of guests and the Sqirl team at large.

Origins: Frog Hollow is a 280-acre farm home to thousands of trees that produce peaches, nectarines, cherries, apricots, apriums, plums, pluots, mulberries, pears, olives, persimmons, quince, apples, meyer lemons, blood oranges and more. They are certified organic with CCOF (California Certified Organic Farmers) and are committed to regenerative practices.
